Repair Guides

• Check for power to the plug
• Check for power to the solenoid valve
• Check the wiring between the micro switch and the terminal block
• Check the wiring between the micro switch and the terminal block for the compressor
• Check the wiring between the terminal block and the compressor
• Check the wiring between the terminal block and the solenoid valve
• Check to see that plug has a good connection to the main machine
• Replace the compressor
• Replace the micro switch for the compressor
• Replace the micro switch to the solenoid valve
• Replace the solenoid valve
• Replace the solenoid valve
• Replace the wiring between the micro switch and terminal block
• Replace the wiring between the micro switch and the terminal block for the compressor
• Replace the wiring between the terminal block and solenoid valve
• Replace the wiring between the terminal block and the compressor
• Test microswitch for compressor
• Test microswitch for solenoid valve
• Turn the unit on
• Check solenoid output for flow
• Check tank outlet elbow for clog and clean out if needed

• Clean the solution filter
• Replace the hose between the compressor and valve block
• Replace the hose between the solenoid and valve block
• Replace the hose between the tank and solenoid
