How to return an item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Items returned without the proper return label will be refused at delivery.

Return exceptions

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened, including all electronics.

Merchandise that has been used or altered cannot be accepted for return.

Obsolete or discontinued parts cannot be returned.

Restocking fee

A 20% restocking fee could be applied.
