As of May 9, 2025, Jon-Don, the owner of the USA-CLEAN business, closed its doors due to financial hardships. Aramsco, a leading supplier and equipment service provider to specialty contractors, entered into an agreement to acquire assets from Jon-Don, including the assets of USA-CLEAN.

With the mission to provide the same quality service with minimal disruption to USA-CLEAN’s customers, Aramsco has hired the USA-CLEAN employees and will continue to operate under the USA-CLEAN brand, continuing its goal since 1986 to be an innovative leader in aftermarket solutions. USA-CLEAN will operate as one of Aramsco’s business units.

Our entire USA-CLEAN team and our colleagues from Aramsco look forward to continuing to provide our partners with a high-level of service that is synonymous with USA-CLEAN.
