The Stainless Steel Mark III is exactly the same size as the Mark II. It cleans about 45% faster due to its higher steam pressure & water volume. This is our most popular Foodservice model and is also used extensively by smaller food processors. Large restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, hospitals, country clubs, schools & bakeries find this to be the perfect compact sanitation system for saving both labor and chemical expense. Great at both indoor and outdoor applications.
