Cleanrooms demand much more from a vacuum than a conventional shop-style machine can deliver. Whether its quiet operation, the ability to sanitize or filtration that preserves the working environment or protects operators, the IVT1000 delivers. The standard machine comes with a downstream ULPA to keep dust in the vacuum where it belongs. The basic cleanroom version uses a high quality Gore-Tex main filter and fleece dust bags to guard against dust reaching and being passed through the motor, with the downstream ULPA trapping the majority of anything over 0.12 micron. For more critical applications where an added degree of containment is required or reconciliation of potent compounds is mandated, the Safe-Pak model replaces the metal container with a plastic, HEPA and dustbag-equipped disposable filter unit upstream of the motor. After work is done, the machine's exterior is easy to wipe down, and autoclavable accessories are readily available. Storage is easy as well, with a small 12x12 inch footprint and 18 pound weight.
