The Retriever 134B is right at home whether it is sweeping up metal chips from a concrete factory floor or cleaning large expanses of carpeting. The 134B is an efficient hard-surface sweeper, ideal for factories, warehouses and other buildings with all types of floor surfaces.

The 134B quietly removes litter and surface dirt from carpeting. It is particularly well suited for cleaning the short-nap commercial carpeting installed today in building all over the world.

The Retriever 134B is very effective at capturing dust. The 134B can be used in place of brooms and other cleaning methods that can cause dust contamination.

Battery-powered and self-propelled, the 134B, with an optional side broom assembly sweeps a 34 inch (86 cm) path, and is capable of cleaning up to 20,000 square feet (1860 m2) per hour in open areas. Battery powers means no trailing cables and no searching for electrical outlets. All of which add up to increased operator productivity. Battery power also means quiet, fume-free operation; a definite advantage in indoor areas, where other types of power and loud noise would be prohibitive.

Operators find the Retriever 134B battery-powered sweeper as easy to service as it is to run. The dust filter removes easily without tools and the main broom adjusts by foot-lever.

Wheel Drive Motor: .18 hp, 24 volt DC motor with chain drive to wheels. Fully variable, forward and reverse electronic speed control.

Main Broom: 26 in. (66 cm) long, 10 in. (25 cm) diameter cylindrical broom with nylon bristles. Height adjustable; no tools required.

Dust Control: Broom motor also runs 10 inch (25 cm) diameter impeller and creates 200 cubic foot per minute (5660 l.) air flow to draw dusty air into filter media for clean air exhaust.
Dust Filter: Pleated paper with metal mesh on one side. 46 sq. ft.
(4.3 m2 ) filter area. A .07 hp/24 v DC shaker motor is activated to clear dust from the filter.
