The CartCaddy5WP is designed for maneuvering wheeled equipment and other carts with 2 swivel front casters and 2 straight back wheels. The CC5WP latches onto the castered side of the wheeled instrument or cart with a custom steel attachment designed by our very own applications engineer. This attachment connects to an electric lift kit that can lower or raise this attachment. There are two benefits with this movement: One, it gives the operator an easier job connecting to the cart. And secondly, it allows the weight to be transferred from the CarCaddyDrive tires for some additional traction when the loads are heavy moving. These carts can weight between 3,000 to 10,000 lbs.

The CartCaddy5WP’s most common application includes the two rear straight casters and two front swivel casters. The CartCaddy5WP can attach to the swivel caster end to provide the necessary power for efficiently maneuvering and turning. Regardless of what part of equipment is being moved, our motorized tug can carry a variety of items and pull almost all heavy carts.

1. The CartCaddy5WP comes standard with a 36-volt system, 3 12-volt batteries, designed to give the operator 16-hours of continuous use, without moving a load, before recharging. Plenty of battery life to usually last two shifts.
2.The Cart Mover has a variable speed twist grip for forward and reverse directions from 0 to 3 mph. The ergonomically correct variable speed feature prevents carpal tunnel and allows the operator to maintain smooth control while intricately maneuvering the load. The CartCaddy5W’s ability to go 3 mph allows the machine to keep up with the operator without frustration from waiting for a slowly operating machine when operating the mover from point A to B through-out your facility.
3.The safety stop switch positioned at the back of the Cart Mover handle bar box immediately stops the machine when pressed to prevent any possible injury from operating the device. This feature is a must when buying any piece of equipment.
4.The electric lift option and customized attachment prevent you from having to fabricate multiple attachments on everyone of your carts or equipment. The CartCaddy5WP’s arm lowers and raises for attaching firmly to the bottom of your cart. Weight is transferred from your cart to the front drive wheels of the CartCaddy5WP for better traction when moving your cart.
5.The CartCaddy5WP Cart Mover is designed for easy maneuvering and pivoting of your loads. After the arm is attached firmly to your carts or equipment, the Cart Mover can pivot a full 180 degrees under the arm. This feature allows for turning your loads a full 90 degrees without jack knifing your cart or manually turning the front of you cart.
